Possible ID of woman found dead outside Scottsdale home

SCOTTSDALE-Police say someone may have recognized the woman whose body was found outside a Scottsdale home.
On Wednesday her body was spotted by a driver on a busy street near Shea and Hayden and it was determined she had been shot to death at some point during the day. The family who lives in the home did not know the victim.

On Thursday police released a sketch of the woman as they tried to find out who she was and someone reportedly recognized her and contacted police.
Investigators are looking to confirm the woman’s identity before contacting next of kin.
