Why don’t you ever cover the small schools – like North Pointe Prep tonight against Westwind. North Pointe only has four seniors on their team, a new coach and they won 41 – zero – but not a mention on your show. Please remember the smaller guys too – the kids work just as hard as the 4A and 5A schools!

Hey guys think some time you can make it up to Northern Az. Chino Valley to be exact.. I think our football program could use some recognition in order to get these kids cheered up.. They are an underfunded school and these kids have huge pride.. my son for one plays JV and i know he and all the boys would love it if you showed up.. they play parker this weekend??? anyways if not this year hopefully soon… thanks, David

I agree with Laura about covering the small schools and rural schools. My children play for Casa Grande, and you know what, these teams that are up in there in the ranks, well we have played them too. We deserve the tv spot just as they do. Those teams wouldn’t have the record they do if they wouldn’t have played us (unfortuately for us we were on the losing side, but were IN most of the games)!. We as adults and kids watch your show all over the state of Arizona and deserve air time just like the big teams do.

I feel that the varsity zone should cover the other sports that go on during the year such as volleyball, cross country, wrestling, soccer, etc.

Many of the athletes that work hard everyday to do there best are not just basketball or football players. The varsity zone should focus on all the sports equally.

Hey guys! I love what you guys do with the Varsity Zone. I was hoping that maybe you guys to come to Moon Valley on December 18th and 19th to see the Moon Valley Invitational for wrestling.

    Hi Tim,

I enjoy the Varsity Zone but what about starting a Jr. Varsity Zone. I’m empolyeed at Greenfield Jr. High and our girls and boys sports as well as the other Jr. High Schools in Gilbert do very well. The competition on and off the fields do very well.

    Just an idea?

    Thanks for listening.
